Has this shorty story been written well? I enjoyed It but I would like a second opinion plz /\_/\?
Ok I need to analyse a short story with a theme of belonging. I found this story called "Belonging" (lol) by Kira Nonayerbeeswax (thinks its fake). Do you think this story has been written in a professional manner? My teacher recommended a reputable author but I like this story, and I hardly think it matters who writes a story…it’s the story that matters! Please read this very short story, give me your opinion on whether it is good/appropriate/written in a way that is of publishable quality < what ever that means.
Thanks for your help, heres the link> http://www.buzzle.com/articles/belonging -short-story.html
It’s not that bad
But if they asked you for a known author, there is a short story inside the book a wedding in december by anita shreve, that’s a good one!

It’s not badly written at all. It’s just a little odd. The whole premise appears to be that the only people who die are kids or old people, and that’s simply not true. So yeah. Nice idea, not quite there yet. Publishable stories generally _don’t_ leave you think "but why didn’t she just…" and my reaction to that one is "but why doesn’t she just end up with the other dead young adults?"
